Hold on tight! City life in Vietnam is often chaotic and thrilling (and that’s just crossing the street!) One of the most striking elements of city life in Vietnam is the number of scooters that race through the streets. We have stood for hours on end at intersections in Ho Chi Minh City (or Saigon) and never tired of the cacophony of horns and motors. And of course we were always on the lookout for the motorbike “sedans” that carried entire families – 6 people was our record!
