Angkor Thom is one of the jewels in the Angkor crown with many amazing temples. Perhaps the most intriguing area is the Terrace of the Leper King and its carvings. The maze of carvings were concealed when new walls were added through the ages. There is just a few feet of space between the walls so you can’t help but get up close to the fascinating figures. This particular carving looks as though it is poised to reveal a great secret – if only these walls could talk.
