Stone Forest

Some 75 km from Kunming in China’s Yunnan Province lies Shilin, the Stone Forest. Believed to have been formed over 270 million years ago by dissolving limestone, breathtaking scenery is guaranteed. When you are out in the middle of nowhere completely surrounded by these towering rocks, you really do feel as though you are in a forest.
